As we started our FIRE frugal living, I remember seeing Rachel being incredibly focussed in the garden, beavering away with a mischievous look on her face. The interesting tale of Arthur Royston Parker and his feet. To my wife Rachel, her Uncle Arthur was always an interesting figure, although strictly speaking he was her Great Uncle. She remembers him from her childhood days and he was always very generous towards her. In our house we seem to use an alternative language for some of our food, hence our food glossary. This works fine for us and there’s never any misunderstandings.
